Total Body Tone

Be prepared to challenge yourself with a series of 5 minute blocks of strength exercises using a variety of weights, resistance bands and bodyweight. This class involves Interval Training, short bursts of intense workout to burn calories and sculpt your body. Let’s get beach ready!

Barre at the Beach

Hosted by teacher Rebecca Brown, Barre at the Beach is a 60-minute, full-body workout that will leave you feeling STRONG! A dynamic warmup is followed by booty-burning legwork, strength training and core exercises. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications are provided for all postures - this workout is tailored to you!

General Barre

Hosted by teacher Alina Catork, this is an all-levels welcome barre class that combines elements of Pilates, Barre, Strength Training, and Stretching. A focus is put on cardio and endurance, with the goal of building strength and flexibility.
